From start to finish, what a great experience! I had a few dresses in mind after folllowing their instagram page, and the ladies were more than kind in finding them for me. The entire team there is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and had great advice! It was an amazing experience!! Highly recommend this store. They made my Taylor Swift inspired dress dreams come true!

My daughter and I had a really lovely experience here while looking around for grad dress ideas. The owner was very patient, helpful, and gave us great advice, even knowing we were just browsing. The girl at the front was also so kind and helpful. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend!

We were helped by Ayshia a few days ago, and she was wonderful! This was the second store we visited for grad dresses after a disastrous experience at another store. At Lily by Lila, booking an appointment online was easy, every employee we encountered was helpful and attentive, and Ayshia was especially observant and considerate of both my daughter’s comments and my thoughts.

We weren’t quite ready to commit that day, but we plan to return next week with a friend who was actually left in tears at the first store we visited. After our experience at Lily by Lila, I’m positive we’ll be “saying yes to the dress”!

Walked in and out with the perfect dress, friendly staff gave unbiased opinions on what looked best, and received the utmost support.

We came in as a referral from a family member and this place did not disappoint! Great selection, beautiful store and terrific customer service. The girls were very knowledgeable, personable and fun while staying professional! Would recommend and we will be back!
