I bought a beautiful royal blue evening gown for my upcoming event, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The store was beautifully organized, with dresses separated by style and occasion, including grad, mother of the bride, and evening wear, making it so easy to shop.

They have an incredible selection of gowns in a wide range of sizes, so there’s truly something for everyone. On top of that, the staff member who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the perfect dress. She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and excellent customer service. 10/10!

I ordered in my dress back in October because I needed a different size and it came in today, Ayla helped me with my dress and she is just the sweetest, she helped me with trying on my dress to make sure everything including the different size was good, she was so patient with me and honestly just the sweetest!! If you’re looking to go dress shopping this is definitely a place I would recommend going to.

This store is beautiful and has a lot of stunning dresses. The customer service was not pretentious at all. Even though the majority of their dresses were out of my price range the sales lady took her time trying to find something within my price range. The service was friendly, patient and never judgemental.

I truly had the best experience at Lily by Lyla! I was looking for a dress for my brother’s wedding. Had visited a few other boutiques in Calgary prior and have to say I had THE BEST experience at Lily by Lyla. I was well looked after by the team. They made me feel welcomed, confident and listened to all my needs and wants off the bat. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had!

I had gone grad dress shopping at many stores and this was the only store that was everything I imagined and more. Staff were more than lovely and made the experience so much better. I would recommend to anyone who is grad dress shopping to go here!
